First pork ribs I'm happy with!

I used my Masterbuilt propane box smoker with apple wood for 2 hours @275 with a dry rub, then gave both a nice spray of around 1:5 bbq sauce: apple cider vinegar, then gave it another 10 minutes. After that I pulled them out, sprayed down well, and wrapped for 2 more hours @275. 25 minutes or so to rest and they turned out really nice!

1 hour into the cook I added a pan of baked beans under the ribs to catch some drippings and smoke flavor. That was a hit and I'll be doing it again for sure!

I'd be happy with those results. Nicely done.

Point for sure
