hey all been a while. been busy working on my new garage and stuff. i dont do much winter outdoor cooking so its been a few. got out a picnic last week and fired up the grill i bought last summer. coated this down with a store bought BBQ rub. nothing fancy. set right burner on med set meat on top rack and walked away. that was about noon.

pulled it off at 8 pm. internal temp was at 180.

feasted on pulled pork sammies for a few days. smoking and grilling doesnt always require a lot of work and sometimes can be as easy as 123. in this case we had a feast and i didnt have to do about 10 min work to get it going. the temp was about 300-350 all day. kept monitoring that. and was able to work all day on my garage. i haver to get up to date on the changes here. the pic insertion is really easy. i like.

Welcome back! Nice looking smoke. Just one thing though -- would you mind not talking about how easy this is?!! Everybody thinks I'm a hard-working genius around here. Your gonna blow my cover and then someone might make me do some real work!
