So, I finally bit the bullet and made some kielbasa for Orthodox Easter, or Pascha. I found a recipe from letsmakesausage.com. After finding some pork shoulder for about $1.49 a pound at Costco... After church today, I started my first sausage project.. What do yinz think?? Before the grind.. After the grind.. All mixed up.. Yours truly with the stuff.. Final product taking a rest..
