Well I finally did it, my first grand champion trophy in a rib cook off. I bought Jeff's Naked Rib Rub and Sauce recipe this spring, used it in this competition and was awarded a Grand Champion Trophy as a result. I did the 3-2-1 method for ribs, used what I thought was the Johnny Trig method of cooking ribs and it paid off for me. Thankful and very happy with the results.
