Well one week in…got a good color change in the ferment. I guess it’s good. Bubbling away nicely. Seems the peppers may have settled some with the weight on them. Tell me how it’s looking pepper heads.

I'm not a pepper head but looks good! And think they are saying you should have a drink Jim!

No, had it at my father in laws. Jim just knew about it because a text I meant to send to my son was text to Jim by mistake. It's been years since I had it and had been a long time since his wife had made it. Sorry to get you excited... but it sure was good!

Maybe next year I can talk to my father in law when they get back from Arizona and get more and send some to you! Still remember cleaning my first turtle years ago!
