First Fatty!

Made my first attempt at smoking a fatty this weekend. It was a huge success thanks to the recipes from Smoking-Meat.com. Made the sauce and rub from Jeff's recipes that I had purchased and from the fatty from this recipe. WOW! Probably going to be a regular fixture for our weekend get togethers. I've attached a pic.

I guess I must be a hog - that would just be a sample tease for me!  I have trouble showing any kind of restraint when there is a fatty involved
