About to do my first fattie. Never even heard of them until last night when I joined this forum. Just wondering mainly what internal temp should be or how long. Using probably 1.5 lbs of sausage and gonna wrap with the bacon weave

yep, thats about right I'd say. Don't forget 5 minutes in the oven on broil to crisp up the bacon... Makes all the difference in the world.For fatties, meatloaf etc, I usually shoot for 150-160.
