First Fattie ever

Decided to try a fattie after looking at all the pics on here.

In the middle of moving so i didnt have my Kamado Joe to cook on, but instead had a cheap $39 special from Lowes i had bought to grill some burgers with but i figured...what the heck!

Used 1lb of Jimmy Dean Hot sausage, 1lb of thick sliced bacon and stuffed it with Extra Sharp Cheddar, Onions and bell peppers.

Did it over indirect heat in the grill for 4 hours and i was pretty happy with the result for a first effort.
