First dinner smoked

This is the second time I smoked in my new smoker!!

The first time was last night, it was dang near a disaster!! ha ha.

Tonight I smoked two whole chickens, they were delicious!!!! I will be a smokin fool from now on!

They look great. Did you brine them first. If not I highly recommend doing so. Good luck and good food.
