Got a yardbird getting dizzy,seasoned with oil,salt,pepper,onion,garlic,paprika,thyme and a little brown sugar. Spinning on the kettle with kbb,cherry and pecan.

damn if that don't look good... you say you used your kettle.. a weber kettle ??

Thx JD, yes a Weber kettle with a Cajun bandit rotisserie ring and rotisserie of course. I bought a used Performer to try out the rotisserie setup and all together it cost me the price of a new Performer.
 
AHHHH... just wasn't seeing the kettle ...

Here's a better pic of the setup. With the ribolator on the spit,forgot to mention I bought that as part of the deal still only the price of a new Performer.:biggrin:
