yes you can post from iPhone, in a round about way. Your photos will go to your photostream on your computer then from there just upload them. Easy....unless you have an older iPhone then it wont work. 4s or 5 you will be ok.

You can uplaod directly from your phone. Mine would not work until I upgraded the phone to ios6. Now it gives the option for uploading from phone in the mobile version of SMF.

It was gone by the end of the night. Feeling it today. Hell yeah mn boy

Easy enough to post from Iphone. My girlfriend does it for me all the time LOL.

Looks like a nice build going on. Anxious to get mine started just need to get the oil tank opened up.

I like the double front door on the firebox clever idea, can I steal that from you?

No I have one on the bottom too same size as the one on the door. Should be enough? I didn't use the smoker calculator just flying by the seat of my pants. I have a 4" stack for it that is about 4' long. will that be to long or to big in diameter? (Wish the girlfriend would tell me that);)

Made some progress on it.

Billie, morning and welcome.....  If the stack is 4" ID (or a bit larger if it is pipe), the calculator recommends a 12" tall (above the cook chamber) for a height... Take off just above the cooking grate for better heat/smoke flow....  also, if the tank says 30 gal., it may be larger... Soooo, I would start with a stack 16-18" above the cook chamber to be on the safe side...  I like the firebox air intakes... should work very well...  I really like the double door idea also...

You can make the RF plate removable...   Weld some tabs to the tank so it will be removable.. If it is not 100% air tight, not a problem...

I'm in on this build....

.....   You do some "interesting" stuff... great learning thread....

Thank you for all the info. That is good to know I thought the RF plate had to be air tight. That opens the door for some new ideas. Probably wont see much progress this week but hope to get it done this weekend. I will keep posting pics with more progress.

When you look at the RF plate, and the BIG opening at the end....  that path of least resistance should be out the end....  what little escapes, if any, out the side is negligible...

If I make a smoker identical to this one how much do you think I could sell it for? Wondering if there is a few bucks I could make building these. beats the hell out of fixing cars all weekend for side cash.
