No noticeable difference. I didn’t even have to rotate.
 
Thanks tallbm. Ya know, half way through the cook I wondered, how the heck am I going to get all of this in my fridge!! Sometimes I bite off more than I can chew lol.

Sounds to me like you're gonna need a dedicated fridge and freezer.
 
Been shopping for a used one, about to buck up and get a new one, need it ASAP.
I've had good luck in the Dallas area using Craigslist.org.
I've gotten 2 good garage level fridges for $50, and $75 (had ice maker). That might be worth checking out :)
 
Sorry for late reply saint (not been home) but that is one awesome cook. I'll give you a call next time all the kids are coming over you wouldn't have to vac-pack anything. :emoji_laughing:
