wow, am I wiped out! I did 9 racks of pork ribs, 4 racks of beef ribs, 4 whole chickens and 40lbs (111) jumbo wings!! Marinated the wings in worshy and Italian, and rubbed w some basic chicken rub. Used Malcom Reed the rib rub, love that stuff. And black ops for the beef ribs. Everything turned out wonderful! Smoker is clean, food has been vacuum sealed, now I’m going to go pass out.
