Hello SMF!

Today I tried to branch out and smoked my first batch of Baby Back Ribs. I started off with some dill mustard and three little pigs rub. I did use the 3-2-1 method so I smoked these bad boys at 225 over some hickory. When foiling them I melted some guava honey we picked up in Hawaii in butter and slathered them along with a little apple juice. After 2 hours I put a little Stubbs Original on them for the last hour. These came out amazing and it was one of those meals where no one talks! The wife and I were to busy devouring these.

It’s great to branch out and try different things. The ribs look good from here! The most important judge seemed to like them... the wife!
