First Baby Back Ribs on the MES

  1. Just smoked my first rack of baby back ribs on my MES 30" this past weekend.  Used a modified 2-2-1 (2-1.5-.75) method and smoked them around 230 for the first two steps and around 200 for the last hour.  I put some salt and a rub that I found hiding in my cabinet and let them sit overnight.

    And the finished product:


    Glazed them with some KC Masterpiece on the last step and they were delicious.

    First off welcome Rob to SMF. Now your ribs look great and I bet that they will taste that good too. I'm really glad that you enjoyed them too. Now can you swing into Roll call and introduce yourself and your equipment too.
