My brothers and I just tried our hand at some wet cure bacon. It was pecan smoked on our weber and wet cured for 9 days. It turned out really great actually!  Enjoy!

That does look good.

I use pecan all the time.
 
Got some bacon curing now.  Smoking saturday with pecan.

$7 a pound and 1/2 as nice lookin........ nice going

Saw a new high price $9 for f   ing hot dogs. Whole Foods.
