Just got a small smoker and will be doing BB Ribs with Apple wood chips tomorrow, I have the rub on and in the fridge.
I will be cutting the slabs in half as it is two wide for the smoker. I have read 225F for 3-3.5 hrs . any suggestions for a Newbie.
