I was able to buy a brisket point from my local butcher. I coated it with Jeff's rub and put it on the smoker for 13 hours. Here's the result They can out pretty good. My wife, who claims to hate brisket, loved them. Of course, her only basis for comparison was a flat I made that had the tenderness of a shoe.

I'm a big burnt ends fan, but I assumed that not many folks outside of the KC area appreciated them. That looks tasty!
