First (and last) batch of snack sticks with jerky gun

While wandering around Bass Pro this week I grabbed a box of Hi Country snack stick mix. In my joy to make them I figured I could use the jerky gun.... it worked, but not really efficiently. Here's 6# (exactly) of sticks. Stuffed last night and going in the MES around 0600 today. More to come as the day goes by.

TTT Looks good so fat.What is wrong with your Jerky Cannon? Tha is all I use for sausage making,even did a Salami yesterday with it.I'll be watching for the finish.

The cannon isn't terrible but it was a pain in the ass to keep filling it. These sticks are incredible, so I can see myself making a batch every week or two... Time for a better rig!
