First AMNPS smoke started

Have a rubbed naked fatty and a meatloaf in the MES 30. Gonna maintain 230*. Oak and cherry in the AMNPS. I will try and get pics when the fatty comes out.

LOL, college kid "crisis" four states away kinda took my mind off the pics....... took the fatty out at 169 IT, at that time the meatloaf was at 151. My intention was to pull at 165ish but did not get it out until 175 due to "crisis". Fatty is out of this world. I have not tried the meatloaf as it is tomorrows dinner. Most impressed with the AMNPS! One row gave about 6 hours of just beautiful TBS.
