Firehouse Fish Taco Tuesday!!

Ah yeah....making more room the freezer for summer fishing! Pulled out some red snapper fillets that needed to be eaten and cooked them up on the propane grill at the firehouse tonight for the guys. This dish is a regular for us during the summer and this was the first round of the summer. Man were they good!!
