Not sure if this is the right place to post or not. Mods please move it if there is a better place.

I'm posting this because many of the fire extinguishers used in your trailers and personal water craft may be affected. If you bought an aftermarket unit from Canadian Tire or Walmart there is also a good chance you unit will be affected as well. One of my personal units as well as several where I work are affected.

This has been going on for quite a while. I thought I had one, but it turns out that mine wasn't affected by the recall.

There has been no mention of it in Canada to my knowledge. Just a webpages but unless you specifically look up product recalls on a regular basis you would never know. Even the company that comes in to inspect our fire extinguishers did not know about it.
