I wanted to make [color= rgb(24, 24, 24)]SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce then I realized I am out of the cajun seasoning. Anything else I can substitute? Or any other easy ideas...i am about to pull this pork apart and want to do it right. Thanks in advance![/color]
 
here is the recipe for tony chachere's cajun seasoning. (from the tony's cajun country cook book.)

 1 box salt

 1.5 oz blackpepper

 2 oz cayanne pepper

 1 oz garlic powder

 1 oz chilli powder

He also used 1 oz msg (accent)

 but i sub  1 oz onion powder.
