Finishing Sauce for pulled pork

    I wanted to make SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce then I realized I am out of the cajun seasoning. Anything else I can substitute? Or any other easy ideas...i am about to pull this pork apart and want to do it right. Thanks in advance!

    here is the recipe for tony chachere's cajun seasoning. (from the tony's cajun country cook book.)

     1 box salt

     1.5 oz blackpepper

     2 oz cayanne pepper

     1 oz garlic powder

     1 oz chilli powder

    He also used 1 oz msg (accent)

     but i sub  1 oz onion powder.

    What size box of salt is used? 

    I found it... 26 oz.
