Guys I retouched this grill that's around 15 years old. I used Evapo Rust for the small parts and a wire wheel. They both worked like a charm. I only wish I had bough satin but by mistake I got ultra semi gloss. It dries with too much shine I think. Aside from that while it's not a perfect finish I think it's not too bad considering I was going to trash it and it was a learning experience.
Thank you to each one here for your advice and suggestions on what to do and get.

Nice job. Would be a better picture if it were rolling smoke. Just saying. Still looks great though.

Looks like it's got some life left in it, you know they make a fire box that mounts on the side don't you ? :emoji_wink:

looks good, i think a few cooks will knock the shine off it, if not the birds will like it it seems they like to target practice on shiny things while flying,over like my truck. :emoji_laughing:
