Here are the Q-Pics of the finished butt. Only took about 8 hours on this one. Pulled with ease, nice and juicy and delicious by its self. Of course, I have the finishing sauce and a fresh batch of bbq sauce on mine!

Good looking pork there neighbor,maybe if I start now I can make it over in time for a sammich.Soon as I get the garden in and get caught up its gonna be time for a trip to the mountains,cant wait.Ill just drive around till I smell hickory and Ill stop in.
