Lots of hours later, okay I slept through the whole process

Pulled, very delicious

Sliced also very delicious

Thanks, I have been impressed with the mod. Burning larger chunks of cherry that lasted the whole smoke.

Thanks one went to a group of ER staff, I haven’t herd back. The other started as a family meal, lots of happy taste buds, from ages 6, 8, and a lots older. The rest fed two fathers without families and my family at the marina.
