Jason Stone here from Henderson, KY. I have been checking this forum out for sometime and decided I needed to stop stalking and join. I have been smoking for a couple years, off and on. I really wish I could do it more. I have been getting by on hand-me-down smokers from friends that are more financially stable that I am. But I consider myself blessed to have friends that can hook me up.
I recently bought a Weber Kettle and then got a Smokenator for Christmas. So far I am very impressed.
I do a lot of cooking at church, but I really enjoy smoking. I bought Jeff's rub and sauce recipe last year and the people at church can't seem to get enough of it.
That's all for now. I guess. Not much else to speak of.
