Finally into smoking

New smoker in MD here. After years of wanting to get into smoking, I caved and bought a MES 30" to learn the ropes on. After seasoning, I went ahead and made some whiskey jerky and smoked some chicken breasts. Going to try my hand at some ribs tomorrow, and start curing a boston butt for some buckboard bacon. Looking forward to the journey of becoming a competent smoker!
