Well I finally think I got it, smoked some baby back ribs tonight on my offset and I was really happy with them. Used my thermopro tp20 and helped me smoke at the right temps. Just figured i would share because my first attempt at ribs was a disaster but these turned out perfect!! Charcoil and wood and that's how it otta be! -Franklin bbq
