Last week We where visiting some friends near Meiringen, Switzerland for a couple of days. Whats better thant some Argentinien Filet Steaks:

- Steaks saltet, peppered and topped with a mixture of Olive Oil, 2 tablesoons Earl Gray Tea, 

- Grilled  5 min each side high heat on CIG, than low for another 15 min to 54 Celsion internal. 5 Min. in Jehova:

Storckracer, Just brilliant ! Snapps to follow maybe ? Beautifully cooked steaks and mushrooms. May I ask the Earl grey tea's purpose ? Were they sat in that marinade, or straight on the grill ?
 
Great looking fillet mignons!!!!

This is the first I saw this one---sure am glad I didn't miss it completely!!!
