My name is Travis I am from southern MN. I have a GOSM gasser and found the website last spring. I did several smokes over the summer with mostly good results thanks to you guys and the website. I'm not quite new to the forum, just totally computer stupid and finally figured out how it works. Also found a local trucking job that gets me home daily should be around alot more now. The neighbors will be happy I usually don't have to call but they all show up somehow when the smoker gets fired up.
