Fattie in honour of the new format!

I couldn't do any smoking on Monday because of work, so I made this fattie on Sunday evening. 

It's sort of a Philly cheese style. Sirloin strips, cheddar, sauteed onions & mushrooms, jalapeno slices, all wrapped nice and cosy with ground beef and then the bacon weave.

The limits of what you can do with a bacon wrapped fatty are yet to be seen

OMG, that looks awesome!  I can't wait to try one...I'm still building up my cholesterol tolerance by eating as much bacon as possible.

AK1 that is a dang good looking fatty!  The bacon weave is spot on.
