We had quite the meal last night! And everything came out perfect.

Couple of nice, thick Rib eyes. Rubbed with Tenn. steak blend.

Stuffed portabellas. The beer bottle is to show the size of these things!
Pound of claw meat
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 eggs
1/4 cup panko crumbs
salt
pepper
1/4 cup parm. cheese
2 tbs parsley
2 tbs mayo.
Scoop out mushrooms and dip in butter.
Fill with mixture and either bake at 375 degrees. Or grill. These were baked.

And the star of the show. These weren't jumbos like I usually get. But still plenty big. These got steamed.

Rib eyes getting happy. Grilled with charcoal. And a mix of hickory and mesquite chips.

Plated up! There was supposed to be grilled marinated asparagus to go along. But decided that this was plenty.

WHOA STEVE!! I thought I'd made a decent dinner last night. I'd have thrown mine to the dogs for a plate of this. Wow...that looks fantastic my friend. One perfect surf & turf dinner for sure.

The beer bottle is to show the size of these things!

Uh huh. Yah. Sure. Right. I'm really buying that buddy. If that beer was just for a size reference it wouldn't be 1/3 gone :emoji_laughing:

Damn Steve!! I was thinking oh man he ate good, and that was even before I scrolled down and saw the crab legs.

That first picture reminded me of the old 96er from Great Outdoors.
