Hey all.  doing 5 racks of baby backs on my GMG Pellet pooper for fathers day.  Here's a couple shots of starting up the new bbq and the ribs not quite 3 hours in

Nice pit and based on what I have heard you will be very happy with the GMG.

1 yr ago i never ate ribs. thanks to post like these I can't stop making them. they look good enough to eat right off the screen!
