Happy father's day SMF'ers. Smoked some babybacks. Wish I'd done something else but was lazy in planning. However I think these turned out great.

Removed membranes and rubbed front rack with Mississippi grind and Tennessee mojo(memphis in may 2019 winner). Back rack rubbed with meat church holy voodoo

Onto the smoker at 225 using pecan

Did 2-2.5-.5 and used pink butcher paper for the wrap step but missed that pic. Sprayed with Dr pepper every 45min when unwrapped and after wrap.

Great looking racks of ribs! What does that Mojo rub taste like? I'm slowly taking over our spice cabinet with rubs--might need to add that one haha.
 
Still playing catch up from a couple busy days at the beginning of the week. Those ribs look fantastic Jake. Just a beautiful color and they look perfectly cooked. Great job once again sir!!
