Happy Father’s Day to all the dads - I have my boys today so I smoked a prime brisket that I picked up at Sam’s.
first long smoke with the KBQ-60. It took about 12 hours to get to 201 / probe tender.
we will be eating well today!

Well it took 12 hours to smoke and 15 minutes to eat. LoL. I cut the point up for some burnt ends since I had some extra time - then vacuum bagged the leftovers for friends and family. Hope everyone had a good day.
