Robert, those fajitas look stunning. Great pictures! Everything looks so colorful and vibrant.

I'll have to try cutting up the meat beforehand. I have two skirt steaks left from CPB.

Thank you Joe!! Maybe you need to get yourself a griddle and give them a shot :emoji_wink: I highly recommend cutting the meat up first. As stated, it just gives much more surface area for the spices and takes the flavor to a new level I'd never been able to attain before.

Nice work on those . Those flat tops make great food , and steak , peppers and onions is a great way to use it .

Thanks Chop!! Being that I've only cooked a couple meals on one I have a lot of learning to do....but I believe I'm gonna enjoy the learning curve :emoji_wink:

Robert

I never had a Fajita, but I'm sure I could enjoy one of those Beauties!!
Nice Job, Robert!!

Thank you Bear. As much great food as you turn out that's not overly involved, I'm surprised you've not had a fajita. Maybe it's just a regional thing and not real common in PA. If you give them a try though they will probably go down into the category of "The Bear Necessities" and you'll make them regularly. Hey....that kinda reminds me of The Jungle Book from when I was a kid :emoji_laughing:

These could easily be done in the 360 and come out great.

That was a wile ago,
Robert

I can't get Skirt Steak in these parts, guess I'll have to suffer through NY Strip. :emoji_scream: ...JJ

Thanks so much for the kind words Jimmy...but my heart bleeds for you my friend. NY Strip fajitas...oh the horrors :emoji_laughing: Maybe the addition of the shrimp will bring those strips to life...hee hee hee. If the strips don't work maybe we could get you some prime rib :emoji_wink:

Maybe just a little sarcasm?

What a great piece or work Robert, your fajitas look to be delicious, big Like! I can see some off the charts Philly cheese steaks in you future, some on-the-patio breakfast cooking for sure. Now that I've got a air fryer I never use I'll have to think about getting a flat top, there's a perfect spot under our patio just crying to house one. Thanks for the inspiration my friend! RAY

Happy Birthday (belated) to B!

Excellent cook, as usual! Love the little flat top! I may have to look at one of them too!

p.s. the inaugural run for me on the egg is underway...

Awesome looking fajitas a great write up. Same here pups are the Queens of the house. Sad but we just lost one 19 yrs old in March. But they are all like family here we still have 3.

Great job, just echoing the above sentiments, those look fabulous!

Thanks so much. Appreciate the kind words.

I need a bigger house with a patio to match.

It won't matter. When I designed our house I had a huge patio in the layout. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd fill it up. Wrong!! No matter how much space you have, it'll never be enough :emoji_laughing:

Time for an addition,
Robert

Robert those fajitas look fantastic! You are going to love that griddle.

So far I'm really enjoying it!! Can't wait to see what sort of interesting stuff I can come up with. It's gonna be a fun ride, and thank you for the kind words my friend.

Appreciate it Zach!! Your lovely bride says you don't have enough cookers so maybe you do need to order one of these. At least they are inexpensive.

Please do tell!! I sure hope SmokinVOLfan SmokinVOLfan doesn't see this. He's been coveting that Egg for a LONG time and been trying for over a year to get down here to pick it up. Hasn't happened though so you got rights to it. He's gonna be heartbroken :emoji_wink:

Thank you Warren. Ours just turned 10 so hopefully we have a few good years left in her. I don't even want to contemplate the day she's no longer with us. That's a day Tracy and I may never get over. Appreciate you sharing. Seems like a lot of us have puppy stories...most of them involving spoiled critters :emoji_laughing:

Thank you my friend!! I did some homemade bacon and pancakes yesterday morning. Not a huge fan of pancakes but Tracy loves them. Being that she humors most of my crazy stuff the least I can do is humor her once in a while.

Yes sir!! I have a feeling I'm gonna have a blast with this thing. They are small, inexpensive, and so versatile. I did some spicy ravioli with Italian sausage and homemade marinara Friday night that was just off the charts!! Cooked it all on the flat top. I was gonna post it because it is so creative but the picture quality is not very good. Guess my camera lens was dirty and the phone didn't tell me like it usually does. Guess that means I'll just have to make the meal again real soon :emoji_laughing:

Misplaced Nebraskan Misplaced Nebraskan How did the cook go yesterday?

It must not have gone well. He's in hiding :emoji_laughing: actually I bet it came out fantastic and he's sleeping off the food coma...or possibly had to work today. He is required to work a lot of weird hours. I'm waiting too thugh....
