I have a cutting board that is 2’x4’ and would like to add some sort of fat tray on it so when I’m cutting meat up on it I can just slide the fat/little leftover pieces into it like I’ve seen many bbq restaurants do, does anybody know what these trays are called or where to get one from?

You’re looking for a Scrap Chute perhaps? A restaurant supply such a KaTom might be helpful. B

Something like this?

I have one similarity to that wayfair one except where the lip is on one side it is 1/8” deep, and the other end it is 3/8 deep, I think what I’m going to do is drill a hole in the middle of the deep end and put a restaraunt style pan underneath it to catch all the grease and juice and also just scoop fat and scrap into it.
