Steak fajitas on the BS. Outside skirt marinated for 6 hours and veggies with some Mexican spices. Turned out great

Plop that on a tortilla with some jalapeño and sauce, and dig in.
Outside skirt steak is the best, and can be hard to find at grocery stores.
