Excited for the weekend

[h5]The weekend is right around the corner......Its a Holiday weekend up here in Ontario. I cant wait to cook the Pork Shoulder on Monday.....in the meantime what is something quick and easy to throw in the OBS and smoke??[/h5]

can't go wrong with bird. Or some fatties. And then of course there are ABT's... Either one quick and easy. And good eating. 

Hmmm. We could really use an August holiday here in the USA as well.

some smoked hotdogs , smoked brats, stuffed jalapeno's, chicken wings, pork tenderloin steaks, any combo of skewered meat and veggies

a little bit longer smoked potato's smoked meatloaf , baby back ribs , bologna ,corn on the cob

just to name a few !
