ERR ?

Just got a chargriller pellet grill, fired it up to season it, it quit after aprx 30 minutes.. Now all we get is an ERR code on digital panel..Manual does not address this. Now what ?

I'd be getting in contact with where ya bought it.... May have a bad sensor, controller or somethin !

Being that new, was running, then threw up an error, there may be a faulty/loose wiring termination. Check inside for loose connections, damaged wires, etc, then go from there. Vendors may not have a clue how to help you, but if you can't find anything obvious wrong with it, contact the manufacturer's customer service dept.

Were you able to fix it? I unplugged it and later replugged it again and the ERR code was gone.
