Hello! I have been smoking on different smokers now for years. I currently have a Traeger Pro 780. I also have a Smoky Mountain Electric Smoker, and a Nexgrill gas grill, and an old but still great Weber Kettle grill that is over 20 years old and still working great.

I am looking forward to seeing some great tips, tricks, and recipes on this site
