Enterprise Parts & Size

Hello All,

I recently purchased a Enterprise Lard-Stuffer. However it was missing the stuffer spout and spout holder. There is no markings on it that indicates the size. I know its not a 8 quart as I borrowed a friends and it was cleared marked 8qt. The plunger plate on it is marked small plate No.25.
