For you serious bread bakers and other goodies.

Kinda expensive for me.

Baking is something I never got into. I'll make Jiffy cornbread but that's it. The measurements have to be too precise. I ain't got time for that. Looks like a nice mixer.

Kinda expensive for me.

Me also, Had a big mixer a few years ago. Did not use it enough I was told so I sold it.
Wish I had it now,

But I have no problem mixing the few I do every other week or so by hand.

Not like you Rick with all the breads that you make daily , I could not do that all by hand.

Yes I had the large KA Silver with the rising bowl not the tilt head.
Really liked it,

David
My wife had the larger lift KA for when she baked cakes, it was a heavy monster. Kinda on the fence with this new OONI mixer, since its just been released the price may stay high for while.

I was just wondering if our old bread maker (R@-D2) could be useful for mixing up or somehow use for my new sourdough adventures. Always mixed well for yeast bread. Funny that I got more use out of it making low carb yeast bread than before we went low carb! Need to think about that...sourdough is great but there are other breads (covering my head so as not to be bludgeoned by a sourdough loaf...)

I'm backing off, just keeping starter alive at this point, having to toss discard. We have gotten "fluffy" and need to drop the carb load for a bit. I still weigh fine...just carb bloated!
