I have bought an electric element for my Brinkman Smoke and Grill and wonder if it will do the job. Not getting rid of the charcoal pan just need the ease of electric sometimes. Any suggestions at much appreciated.

It will do the job just fine.I bought one for mine and it held the temp. at 250.You will like it.
