Have a coal side burn smoker, and a Kingsford vertical that I converted to electric. It works but doesn't get over 220 and if it's cold or windy won't get over 180. Looking for a decent electric smoker that can be used in hot or cold weather. Live in Northeast Ohio the weather is 60 today, 34 tomorrow need something for that. Looking to spend around $350. Looking for something reliable, constant and easy don't want to sit and stare at it for hours making sure it's at temp. Looking at the Bradley digital 4 rack, but see a lot of mixed reviews. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks.
