@pcwe have 8 that are about 4 months now. Im about to build a bigger coup then we will get another 8 or so.

Laughing as they do have a pecking order. I think I found your hen that misses dropping a cackle berry. Lead hen chased her off the cabbage.
 
So glad I live in Wisconsin. I usually buy my eggs from a local farmer.

All during the shortage with prices going through the roof, I was paying $2.50/doz for farm fresh organically raised eggs. Her hens are going to start laying heavy again with more light and heat.

If you can find a local producer, it is well worth the effort to forge a relationship.
