Thought i would share. I always struggle getting membrane off ribs. I picked up these cheap catfish skinners. Just gave a try. Where have these been all my life. So easy!

The late great Dave Omak gave a great tip that I use, run warm water over the membrane and it pulls right off. I just use my fingers. It don't take much warm water, basically just a rinse.

Gotta give that a try, makes sense loosening up fat with heat. Always something new to learn.
 
This is a little funny because it goes against the don’t wash your meat crowd. Cross contamination and whatever other reasons. I rinse everything but ground meat for the record.
