Orthodox Easter that is.

Cold cuts: smoked airdried ham, lamb prosciutto, dried smoked deer sausage, deer fermented sausage, store bought prosciutto

Rabbit rillette (and one side of the shaved asparagus salad dish)

Fresh cheese (store bought)

Stuffed lamb, ham, horseradish
Details on the stuffed lamb on a sperate thread in the Lamb forum.

That's a very nice spread you laid out there!

Everything looks delicious!

Whoever did the braiding on the bread is a true artist--beautifully done

Thank you.
Misus does the Paschal bread braiding.

These is just the appetizers.

Easter dinner also includes: lamb head soup, some sort of roasted, braised, smoked/Grilled lamb (I did a leg in the oven-nothing to write home about) and at least three kinds of home baked deserts. Liver and waist line do take a hit during the holidays.
